Public Announcement "Government"

A Public Announcement we speak of the lack of importance the government has towards the propper care of stray animals.

    There are laws in place to aid government agencies such as police and emergency management to deal with this problem, but citizens should report it too. REPORT ANIMAL ABUSE!
