Dead dog buried on sidewalk

In front of our school a car hit and killed a dog. The school director called Emergency Management, agency in charge of disposing of dead animals, and their remedy was to dump dirt right where the dead dog was.
According to the Law 154 of 2008, Animal Welfare and Protection, this agency should have a plan for proper disposal of dead animals and to pick stray dogs and cats to take to shelters. This is not happening!!

  1. The local government agencies and the government of Puerto Rico in general does not care about animals or the way they suffer. Until every animal lover (REAL animal lover) starts to flood there phone lines with complaints every single day, the people in the office will not give it a second thought.

    Just a suggestion

Puerto Rican in this island are very lazy people, you have to handout the information in a way that they just have to click on a link. My suggestion is to have the links to all the local agencies and the contact information right here in your blog. Keep up the good work.
