This video was taken at a school in Juana Diaz, PR. People don't take care of their animals and here we have proof these animals can suffer. People don't see it, but we do, and since they don't speak, we will! because "We are their Voices"!
We called emergency management, municipal agency in charge of these types of situations. Their response was that all they could do was to drive them out of the school grounds because the agency was not equiped to take in any kind of animal nevertheless, horses. That meant leaving all the horses raoming in the streets. This is not what the law says they should do. We want that to change!!
That's outrageous!! Those horses could have kick a student or a teacher.
